Online Sales Support/Customer Service
Work From Home!
Alliance Furnishings is a dynamic e-commerce company based in Austin, TX that sells name brand home furnishings online to consumers. AF is growing and looking to hire someone to work within our customer service, sales and order fulfillment departments. 40 hours per week is needed. Having flexibility to work a few hours on the weekend is a plus.
If applying for this job, you must possess the following;
- Candidate must have a good / reliable newer model computer and a strong reliable internet connection
- Candidate must have experience / be comfortable with Excel, Google docs, Dropbox and working with multiple browsers open at 1 time
- Candidate must have good written and oral communication
- Candidate must be a team player and problem solver
- Candidate must have good typing skills
- Candidate must be good at juggling multiple tasks at 1 time
- Candidate must have experience working with a CRM, preferably Fresh Desk
- Having customer service or sales experience with an e-commerce company is a plus
- Must like dealing with people (virtual of course)
Starting pay is $17 per hour. This is a 1099 contractor position. No insurance or other benefits are offered. Please send resume for consideration
