WE ARE LOOKING FOR CURRENTLY CERTIFIED JIMMY JOHNS MANAGERS 


General Manager’s at Jimmy John’s are WORKING managers and MANAGE all functions of the restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate, sandwiches and world class customer service. The General Manager must perform all duties, manage a staff of 10 -15 employees, assign, oversee, and evaluate work. Provides on the job training for new employees, as well as on-going training, delegates and is responsible for the ordering, scheduling, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and supplies. Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Audits all daily and weekly procedures, cash handling.

An Average work week for a GM is 50 to 60 hours, and you need to be willing to work holidays, overtime, and weekends as business dictates.
