Employment Service Connection, Inc. is seeking customer service/call center candidates for a local supply company.

Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of phone calls


• Assist customers with their orders


• Accurately enter their order into the computer


• Provide management with requested reports and documents


• Accurately maintain information through databases

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call center


• Strong organizational skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Rate of Pay $11 -13/HR
