We are looking for a fluent French speaker with a good command of English and who have a good communication skill to work for one of the largest companies in the world.
- Communicate in French with customers by phone, email and online chat to provide exceptional customer service
- Establish a relationship with customers to help them with their inquiries, in particular: taking orders, product information, monitoring of deliveries, returns, ...
- Discuss new products and manage multiple tasks to quickly resolve customer queries
- Identify ways to improve processes to improve sales, brand loyalty, customer service and experience
- Update systems with information and help marketing, retail and other teams improve service and customer satisfaction
- Previous experience as: Cashier, Receptionist, Seller, Administrative Assistant, Assistant Manager, Host, Hostess, Secretary, Customer Advisor, Commercial, Telemarketer, Home Agent.
- Fluent French and English (B2)
- Good computer skills
- Traveling cost refunded after competition of the 3rd month of work
