As the voice of the company, you will act both as an advocate for their product and as a champion for their users. Your job will be to ensure that their customers have the best experience possible, no matter what channel they use to contact.

Our client, multinational French Group with offices in Portugal, is expanding and looking to hire Francophone talent.

As a customer success manager, you will be responsible for the success of their customers. This is a demanding role that requires a unique skillset.

What you will do on the customer support team:



  • Effectively resolve customer questions through phone, email and chat in a considerate and timely manner,

  • Take ownership of technical issues and customers’ problems from beginning to end,

  • Compose thoughtful and personalised responses to a variety of customer requests,

  • Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag for the rest of the team,

  • Identify, reproduce and document bugs for the engineering teams,

  • Contribute to ongoing learning and success of your team by contributing to the creation of documentation.


Requirements

About you and what type of skills you will need:



  • French is your most fluent language,

  • You are naturally empathetic and articulate communicator,

  • You are skilled at explaining problems succinctly and clearly,

  • You care deeply, genuinely and passion about customer support, solving problems for customers, and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful,

  • You know when something is over your head and are not afraid to ask for help,

  • You are flexibility to meet changing needs and varying business deadlines,

  • You use computers on a daily basis

  • You hold a high school or university diploma


Bonus Points:



  • Fluency in basic English

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
