We are partnering our client key account manager to assist with the search for Solution Architect (Mobility Video Analytics Platform R&D) base in Singapore to lead the solution architecture design and implementation in order to deliver large-scale safe city and smart transportation related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution architecture design and development, with emphasis on implementing high availability, scalable back-end platform and software system


• Lead in the definition and conversion of requirements into system architecture and design artifacts


• Interface with customers to understand and analyze user requirements


• Conduct research and exploration of suitable architectures and state-of-the-art technologies and tools to create an optimized solution suitable for implementation


• Interface with customers to understand and analyze user requirements


• Present solutions and design to customers


• Document solution architecture, design and processes


• Provide pre-sales support in solution architecting, conduct and preparations for competitive solution and product demonstration, development of mock solutions and proof of concept projects


• Coach and mentor development team

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent


• Strong knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns


• Strong knowledge of Cloud-based, Micro-services platform, Big Data technologies, e.g. SMACK Stack, Spark, Mesos, Akka, Kafka, Cassandra, Docker.


• Strong knowledge of large scale system-level solutions including areas in IT security, network, hardware


• Experience with service oriented architecture, data modeling and database design


• Minimum 10 years of software development with complete SDLC cycle experience in a large scale software system development and deployment


• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading software system project, IT project leadership


• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading design and delivering high availability systems


• Minimum 3 years of experience with Video Analytics, Deep Learning and development framework, e.g. TensorFlow, Modeling
