We are looking for an qualified lead teacher on our older infant classroom.
The lead teacher will be responsible for maintaining a positive and appropriate educational environment, creating a program that meets the intellectual and emotional needs of all of our children. The successful candidate will work closely with the Educational director to ensure each child is successful while enrolled in our program.
Responsibilities will include:
- Create developmentally appropriate weekly lesson plans
- Communicate with parents about the child's daily activities and development
- Maintain an organized and clean classroom
- Follow all DCFS and company policies
*Must have 2 years of lead teaching in an early childhood setting **Must be Lead qualified through DCFS, 30 total semester hours and 6 in Early Childhood Education OR a current CDA in infant/toddler
** Must be up to date and current on medical/TB/Vaccinations
** Must provide 3 written references, with contact information
**Must provide official copies of transcripts, unofficial to apply
**Must provide Gateways registration
**Must be a team player, kind and compassionate
**Must be flexible and willing to assist co workers
**Must be complete all additional company required training's
Hourly wage starting at $14 depending on experience and qualification, additional benefits after 6 months of employment
