This roles is an enterprise, direct sales position working remotely from a home office. This individual will identify and call on large, commerical employers with the goal of selling them our cutting-edge recruitment advertising solutions.

Day in The Life:
Selling to large, talent acquisition and recrutiment technology buyers
Optimize and grow existing campaigns
Focus on retention and growth of your clients by understanding their business and meeting their goals
Resolving technical, product, or account issues
Collaborate with sales, product, and indexation teams to translate client needs into actionable items internally
Tweak campaigns based on data analysis to meet client needs
Meet competitive monthly objectives
Meet directly with clients when necessary to review strategy
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or relevant Diploma
Fluency in English, proficiency in French / Spanish are a plus!
3 - 8 years’ experience in sales of a talent acquisition product or service is required
Understanding of PPC/CPC advertising products
Experience speaking with clients or decision makers
Familiarization with SQL are a plus, but certainly not neccesary
